Exercise doesn’t have to be as hard as you think. You don’t have to live at the gym or work out for hours to stay healthy. There is something for everyone, whether it be substituting a balance ball for your office chair, short 30-minute walks each day during a lunch break, or even yoga! If you don’t exercise often, being active can make you a bit sore at first. But once you commit to an exercise or activity, you feel much better doing all kinds of activities. You will feel the benefits, such as more energy throughout the day and improved sleep.
