Facilitated Enrollment for Aged, Blind and Disabled Program
What is a Facilitated Enroller?
Our facilitated enrollment staff is trained to help seniors, blind and/or disabled individuals apply for Medicaid programs through the Department of Social Services. Our staff is available to provide home visits or to meet with you at a convenient location to guide you through the application process. Our knowledgeable staff can assist in submitting the required documentation needed.
Serving residents of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Schoharie Counties.
We support applicants for the following insurance programs:
- Medicaid
- Medicare Savings Program
- Medicaid Spenddown Program
- Medicaid Buy-In Program for working Disabled
- Assistance with Medicaid for Nursing Homes and Medicaid Long-term Care
