HCDI recently released an updated regional health profile. It builds upon previous volumes to describe fifteen (15) years of trended mortality data, as well as recent hospitalization, health behavior, prevention quality indicators and consumer survey data.

Collaboration among partners in the collection and reporting of health statistics has expanded the Health Profile.  The Profile helps sponsors in the preparation of County Community Health Assessments and Provider Community Service Plans. The profile is used by our members and others in targeting community health programs and in leveraging funding.
