Child Health Plus is a comprehensive health insurance program available to all children.  Child Health Plus offers many health care services including:
physical exams immunizations prescription drugs hospital care dental services Eligibility for Child Health Plus is determined using: your family’s gross income and family size Children must be under the age of 19 a resident of New York State
